All maintenance packages include control panel minding whereby UKBIS will make unlimited control panel configurations as required including the setting up or altering of email accounts. Maintenance packages can be taken on websites hosted away from UKBIS servers. In this case we would require your ftp address, ftp username & ftp password as well as control panel login details if you have them.

With this package UKBIS will make up to 15 alterations/additions to your website over a 12 month period including design/layout alterations within reason.

Note this maintenance package does not cover applications such as ecommerce, blogs, online content management etc.
